Biscuit of The Week!

A strong field once again competed for the coveted award – and this time the streak of liberal loons winning has finally been broken and a Republican has risen to the top of the crop!

Yes, the representative from Wisconsin has opened mouth and inserted foot, trying desperately to hang on to her position as the House Republican Conference Chair – the third most powerful position in her party in the House.

In an op-ed that she wrote in the Amazon owned and Jeff Bezos controlled Washington Post she claimed the Republican party is at a turning point – and you know who the problem is, right?

She basically puts in an audition to become an MSNBC talking head by regurgitating the same old tired talking points of the Democrats.

In talking about his “violent rhetoric” which “incited the January 6th violence at the capitol” she decries his “continued lies” about the 2020 election being “stolen.” “Trump repeats these words now with full knowledge that exactly this type of language provoked violence on Jan. 6. And, as the Justice Department and multiple federal judges have suggested, there is good reason to believe that Trump’s language can provoke violence again,” Cheney wrote.

So since January 6th, exactly four months ago, let’s add up all the white supremacist Trump supporting rally violence the US has experienced, insurrections and other horrors caused by this man:

Oh right. “Could” and “good reason” … the words of the left. Total bullshit. Be scared, because that’s what they want you to be.

And I’m not sure how Trump can carry on about much since Facebook and Twitter have both illegally silenced him with their bullshit.

She throws in that “We Republicans need to stand for genuinely conservative principles, and steer away from the dangerous and anti-democratic Trump cult of personality.”

You know, because cutting taxes, regulation, controlling immigration, pounding China’s ass instead of kissing it, and a laundry list of things Trump stood for and did were anti-democratic. And certainly not conservative!

She knows she’s in trouble. She doesn’t have support of the top brass in the GOP house, and it’s a real probability that her anti-Trump bullshit may cost her the seat she holds to a primary challenger in the next Wisconsin election. In the meanwhile it would be interesting me thinks to see where her money is coming from, because I smell a rat. Or maybe just a biscuit.
